Catalytic Converter & Exhaust System

Catalytic Converter Repairs can cost from $500 to $5000 depending on your vehicle and the extent of damage.

These procedures & products can prevent premature damage to your catalytic converter, oxygen sensors and exhaust system. They also protect your engine, fuel pump, injectors, fuel rail pressure regulator & sensor, oil sensor and more.

  • Fuel System Catalyst, Cleaner & Lubricant every 1500 to 3000 miles (4 to 6 fill ups)
  • Fuel Octane Boost & Catalyst ( at every other or every third fill up)
  • Engine Clean+Flush (every oil change)
  • Oil Treatment (as needed to top off)
  • Ocassionally Use Premium Fuel
  • Timing Belt Inspection & Replacement As Needed. Usually at 100,000 miles
  • Spark Plug Replacement Every 40,000 Miles and inspect old plugs for tell tale signs of potential problems
  • Injector & Coil Inspections
  • Coat Plastic(coils) & Wires With Aero Hybrid Power Clear Protectant

Excessively smoky or dirty exhaust from your engine which contains large amounts of unburned fuel and carbon or soot can quickly destroy your catalytic converter and lead to costly repairs.

This can be caused by:

  • One or more faulty or defective spark plugs or ignition coils/wiring
  • Faulty Fuel Injector
  • Clogged air filter
  • Sludge build up in your engine
  • Poor quality fuel or improper fuel
  • Oxygen sensor malfunction
  • Burning oil or high oil consumption
